The Easyfoil professional laminator is designed for sheet lamination, single or double side and for sleeking. Roll laminator IGM Easyfoil 390B ensure stable laminating process thanks to oil heated rollers, conveyor belts and automatic unwinder for the sleeking application.
The Easyfoil 390B has a large chrome heating rollers with the Smart Trax heating system.
Smart Trax is an intelligent electric heating system assisted by oil located in the heating cylinder. This compensates for temperature peaks caused by switching on the electric heaters and at the same time prevents the rollers from cooling down quickly during operation.
Laminator is equipped with an automatic unwinder that enables sleeking application.
For easy and accurate loading of sheets, the machine is equipped with a long feeding table with conveyor belts.
