The table must contain the first column with the product code and the second column with the quantity ordered.
Paste through clipboard. Highlight all filled fields in the table and press Ctrl + C to paste them into the clipboard. Then click in this field with Ctrl + V.
In CSV file format. Save the spreadsheet as .CSV (for count items use a comma , semicolon, or tab as the delimiter) and then paste it as a file.
