Free of charge, You are responsible for arranging transportation to collect the goods from PALA, s.r.o. warehouse.

The document (Order.pdf) containing the payment details will be sent to you automatically by email.

Your order will be dispatched using your selected method of transport once full payment has been received.

VAT-free orders 

• If you provide a valid VAT number, VAT will automatically be deducted from the total order value.

• You can enter your VAT number in the Company Details section during registration, or in Step 3 (Your Details) of the checkout process when ordering without registration.

The webshop automatically verifies the validity of the VAT number provided.
