Laminating film Ultralen Digital Ultra Soft Velvet 35 mic 320 mm x 1000 m matt 3"

Matt polypropylene (BOPP) laminating film featuring an exceptionally smooth surface that creates a luxurious Soft Touch / Velvet Effect. The ultra-matt surface is chemically treated and has a high surface energy of 46 dynes/cm, making the film suitable for subsequent overprinting and the application of toner-based decorative foils, including metallic and holographic finishes.

The film is coated with a specially formulated thermal adhesive layer that provides excellent adhesion to digitally printed paper and cardboard. It produces an elegant ultra-matt finish with a rich velvet feel while providing excellent protection for the printed surface.

The total film thickness is 35 microns, consisting of 18 micron BOPP film + 17 micron Digital adhesive layer. Roll length: 1,000 m. Core diameter: 3". Outside roll diameter: approximately 230 mm.

Application Recommendations

• Designed for thermal lamination of digitally printed paper and cardboard
• Before processing, allow the material to acclimatise to the operating environment for at least 24 hours
• Not suitable for direct food contact
• After partial use, carefully rewrap the roll to protect it from moisture and dust
