Matt polypropylene (BOPP) laminating film with a unique chemically treated Scuff-Free surface offering outstanding scratch resistance. The film features a specially formulated thermal adhesive coating with excellent adhesion, designed specifically for the thermal lamination of digitally printed paper and cardboard.

The total film thickness is 35 microns, consisting of 18 micron BOPP film + 17 micron Digital adhesive layer. Roll length: 1,000 m. Core diameter: 3". Outside roll diameter: approximately 235 mm.

The film produces a smooth, premium matt finish with very low gloss, enhancing printed colours while reducing reflections. At the same time, it provides excellent protection against scratches and everyday wear.

Its superior durability makes it an ideal choice for printed materials that are handled frequently or where an elegant matt appearance and enhanced surface protection are required.

Application Recommendations

• Designed for thermal lamination of digitally printed paper and cardboard
• Before lamination, allow the material to acclimatise to the operating environment for at least 24 hours
• Not suitable for direct food contact
• After partial use, carefully rewrap the roll to protect it from moisture and dust
